  • Does Primal Health take health insurance?

    We do not accept insurance. We believe an individual's access to quality care should not depend on a third party's opinion. Primal Health and Wellness has removed the barriers traditional insurers can cause and replaced them with transparency and convenience. Our pricing structure for your medical provider consultation and medication are industry-leading and oftentimes more affordable than using insurance.


    We always try to ensure your experience with Primal Health and Wellness is cost-effective. For your convenience, our clinic is approved to accept HSA/FSA payments. If you do have an HSA or FSA, please mention it during a conversation with your provider.

  • Does Primal Health offer telemedicine services?

    Yes, all services can be completed via Telehealth

  • What kind of medical professional will I speak with at Primal Health and Wellness?

    You will speak with a board certified licensed medical provider

  • Are there age limits for being a patient of Primal Health and Wellness

    Any legal adult 18 years of age and older.

  • How long does it take to see results from weight loss injections?

    Many individuals experience quick results within weeks of starting their weight loss injection treatment. However, the timeline may vary based on individual commitment and adherence to the overall treatment plan.

  • How much do therapies cost?

    If medication therapy and product/services are appropriate, you will be able to purchase through the Primal Health and Wellness platform at lower costs than most clinics and spas, and cheaper than your local pharmacies.

  • Is it legal to prescribe medications online?

    Yes. Each medical provider you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in. This allows you to get the medications you need, on your schedule, hassle-free.

  • Who is your provider network?

  • What doctor network are you affiliated with?

  • Can I use my local pharmacy?

    No. If deemed as a medical necessity,  our medical staff has an option for affordable pricing and most convenient option through Primal Health and Wellness' network of affiliated pharmacies. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at these pharmacies.

  • When will I be charged for my medication?

    You will be billed for your medication when the medication has been deemed medically necessary , based on the treatment plan you select with your provider.

  • Is my information safe?

    Yes. We take protecting your information seriously. Please read our privacy policy below for details.

  • How old do I have to be to use Primal Health and Wellness?

    We treat patients 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician first.

  • If I'm having an emergency, what should I do?

    Call 911, and go to your local emergency room immediately.

  • Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?

    State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and/or your photo ID.

  • Do I need to sign for my order?

    No., Your medication will ship via rush No-Contact delivery, a signature is not required. We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

  • What if I have a problem with my order or my account?

    Click on the "Contact Us" section of this site and create a ticket email response. Our team will then review and get back to you to resolve your inquiry.

  • How long will it take to get my order/medications?

    Once you complete the online visit, you'll hear back from one of our US-based medical providers in 24 hours (some states will require a live chat or video consultaiton). Orders will then be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped.

  • How can I change my shipping address?

    Login to your account and update your shipping address at any time, or by contacting our support staff. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.

  • How do I reorder or cancel?

    You will be contacted by the medical staff to reorder or cancel at any time. You will be contacted before your medication is to be refilled and billed to your credit card. Your medication will then be shipped.

  • Can I return my medications once I receive them?

    Federal and State Law do not allow medication returns. Therefore, all sales are final. If you have a specific concern, please contact our support staff in the "Contact Us" section and we'll get back with you.
